After scaling and selling both a beauty salon and a property-management firm, I launched ContentCollab to craft “sounds-like-you” content that reels in the right clients for property managers, accountants, brokers and more.

I go by the name of Nic or Cole. I traded the classroom for customer care and never lost my teacher’s knack for making people feel at ease. Raised in a tight-knit provincial town by my grandparents, I cut my teeth in BPO call centers, discovered a talent for cross-cultural communication, and climbed the virtual-assistant ladder to become ContentCollab’s resident welcome committee. I love turning every interaction into a friendly conversation!
