After scaling and selling both a beauty salon and a property-management firm, I launched ContentCollab to craft “sounds-like-you” content that reels in the right clients for property managers, accountants, brokers and more.

I am a lifelong tech tinkerer who now keeps ContentCollab’s back end humming. After years selling everything from IT infrastructure to helicopters, I had a motorbike crash that permanently grounded me. I now channel that problem-solver energy into automating the team’s busywork with AI so they can focus on the good stuff.

Schooled in science and history, I discovered my true element in journalism and marketing, chasing real-time stories and learning how the right words can move people to act.

I go by the name of Nic or Cole. I traded the classroom for customer care and never lost my teacher’s knack for making people feel at ease. Raised in a tight-knit provincial town by my grandparents, I cut my teeth in BPO call centers, discovered a talent for cross-cultural communication, and climbed the virtual-assistant ladder to become ContentCollab’s resident welcome committee. I love turning every interaction into a friendly conversation!
