Hey, I’m Matt, the General Manager at ContentCollab.
Tech has always been in my DNA. I majored in computers back in high school, but it wasn’t until the invention of ChatGPT that I truly saw how AI is going to reshape the way we work (kind of like what the personal computer did back in the ’80s).
At ContentCollab, my role is all about making sure the back-end operations run like a well-oiled machine. I’m constantly looking for ways to make our team’s lives easier, ensuring our staff not only enjoy their jobs but are also set up to be highly productive. The question I’m always asking is, “What are you doing, can I automate it using AI, and if so, will it help you achieve more?” I love taking the small, repetitive tasks off people’s plates so they can focus on the work that really matters.

Before joining ContentCollab, I spent years as a mortgage broker, which means I know exactly what you can and can't say online, who you're trying to reach, and what actually builds trust with borrowers before they're ready to apply.
Now as General Manager, I combine that industry knowledge with a passion for systems and automation to make sure our clients' content is not only consistent, but compliant.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me: Starting my mornings with a freezing cold plunge (sub-10°C… think Wim Hof vibes), or hanging out with our rescue cat Sparrow.
If we grab a coffee, I’ll be ordering the cold brew with coconut water and maple syrup from Loo Loo’s (trust me, it’s a game changer).
